i know if i died to tonight. this very moment .. i'd be the first in line for Hell. & that scares me. i'm scared, i'm scared, i'm scared. i'm self-destructing.

You may be sure that Saint Peter won't call your name, but that does not mean that you are headed for Hell.
Jesus already died for your sins, so Hell is not really an option for you.
Saint Peter can still not end up calling your name, because he stands at the entrance to the pearly gates of heaven.
Jesus taught us to pray:
Thy Kingdom come Thy Will be done On Earth As it is in Heaven
He wouldn't have asked us to pray this prayer, unless He intended Heaven to come down to earth through our Faith and Actions.
Just reading your other Poetic Prose, it seems you are struggling with the concept of life and death. Stop worrying about it. It is better to live for the one you love, than to die for the one you love.
Your struggle reflects the spriritual struggle taking place in the heavenlies. God is bringing Heaven down to Earth and abolishing Hell. This is not an easy process, and thinkers and empaths such as yourself will be burdened at this time.
The only words of comfort I can give you are: My Peace I give unto You It is a peace that the World cannot give It is a peace that the World cannot understand
